One chick, many Shapes

To celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Day 2025, I designed a bird using only shapes in Keynote for iPad. I created a newly hatched chick with simple forms and added shadows, highlights, and a cracked eggshell using opacity and subtracted shapes to add depth and detail.

Then I brought the bird to life with Magic Move and animations. By changing the leg positions and body angle across slides, the chick now looks like it’s walking. Keynote made it easy and fun to explore movement and expression.

A playful way to explore creativity through constraints!
