Looking for Accessibility for an iPad user in a Chromebook World

Hi Educators,

I am in search of supporting a visually impaired student who is in a Chromebook school, Google world, but has access to an iPad. The visual itinerant is currently printing teachers slide decks on large sheets of paper. They have tried using Google Meets and screen sharing, and the lag time is ridiculous.

  1. Beyond sharing each presentation as a PDF with the student so they can open them on iPad and zoom/scroll, what other creative ways can we help?
  2. Is there a way to project onto the iPad, even though the teacher is using Chromebook?

Any and all suggestions are welcome here!

Thanks,

Jen Wargin
