Getting the most out of apple classroom

I am a computer curriculum specialist for my district, and we have been 1:1 ipads in our elementary schools for about 4 years now. As a classroom management tool, we recommend using apple classroom, which the teachers love. I would like to ask if there is another level of apple classroom we could be utilizing, above and beyond just watching their screens. Would love to hear some feedback on this. Thanks
